I’m Vijaya Aswani, illustrator, brand & packaging designer. I get excited about stories of south asian culture, especially food! I love capturing the warmth of small, human moments through my characters.

I teach Visual Storytelling at Azim Premji University, where I try to be the art teacher I wish I’d had. The one with poms poms instead of a red pen. Cheerleading fearless, stress free, joyful creativity.

Outside the classroom, I host art workshops cuz I love to throw a hell of a party! :)
